A PROPOS DE L’ARTISTE
Dès 1999 Eveline Porter a peint des toiles aux concepts géométriques avec des couleurs acryliques mélangées à de la poudre de quartz. Ces tableaux reflétaient la lumière de telle façon qu’à différentes heures de la journée et selon la luminosité les couleurs devenaient changeantes – faisant apparaître les teintes soit atténuées ou alors plus fortes.
En 2000 ces toiles ont fait l’objet d’une exposition d’un mois au Restaurant STADTHAUS à Nidau et le retour a été très positif pour l’artiste. Une majorité des œuvres sont parties à des acquéreurs zurichois.
Après une interruption de plusieurs années, et suite à l’écriture du livre « L’Oiseau » l’envie de déposer des formes et des couleurs sur des surfaces variées devint très forte. Dès 2019 Eveline Porter a composé beaucoup de nouvelles œuvres d’un style innovateur. Beaucoup d’entre elles sont des peintures issues de l’imaginaire.
Aujourd’hui Eveline Porter propose quatre axes de création qui s’accordent en des ambiances colorées, des messages à communiquer, sa passion pour les fleurs et les oiseaux ainsi que le domaine un peu plus imaginaire et mystique.
Une des priorités de l’artiste est également celle du « re-new », dont certains supports font partie de son concept UP-CYCLING.

ÜBER DIE KÜNSTLERIN
Seit 1999 malt Eveline Porter geometrische Konzepte unter Verwendung von Kristallquarzpulver gemischt mit Acrylfarben. Diese Bilder reflektierten das Licht so, dass zu verschiedenen Tageszeiten und bei unterschiedlichen Lichtverhältnissen die Farben wechselten – die Farbtöne erschienen entweder gedämpft oder stärker.
Im Jahr 2000 wurden diese Werke zum Gegenstand einer einmonatigen Ausstellung im Restaurant STADTHAUS in Nidau. Die Resonanz war sehr positiv, und mehrere der Bilder wurden von Sammlern aus Zürich erworben.
Nach einem mehrjährigen Unterbruch, und nach dem Verfassen des Buches «L’Oiseau», wurde der Ruf nach dem Arbeiten mit Formen und Farben auf verschiedenartigen Oberflächen sehr stark. Seit 2019 hat Eveline Porter mehrere neue Werke in einem innovativen Stil geschaffen, von denen viele ihren imaginären Visionen entspringen.
Heute präsentiert Eveline Porter vier kreative Schwerpunkte, die sich aufgliedern lassen in Farbstimmungen, Botschaften die kommuniziert werden sollen, Zeugnisse ihrer Leidenschaft für Blumen und Vögel, sowie den etwas phantasievolleren und mystischeren Bereich.
Eine Priorität und ein Anliegen der Künstlerin ist das Konzept des «Neuanfangs». Folglich fallen einige der verwendeten Medien in die Kategorie des UP-CYCLING.

ABOUT THE ARTIST
Since 1999 Eveline Porter paints geometric concepts using crystal quartz powder mixed with acryl colors. These paintings had the particularity to react to light exposure in such a manner that at different times of the day or according to the light changes, some of the colors were either dimmed or magnified.
In the year 2000 these works made the object of a one month resident exhibition in the Restaurant STADTHAUS in Nidau. A very positive return followed and many of the pictures were acquired by people from Zürich.
After several years of interruption, and following the writing of the book « L’Oiseau » the call to lay down forms and colors on a variety of surfaces became very strong. Since 2019 Eveline Porter has composed several new works in an innovative style of which many are issued from her imaginary visions.
Today, Eveline Porter presents four axes of creation which can be classified as colorful atmospheres; messages to be communicated, attests of her passion for flowers and birds, as well as some are testimonies of the imaginary and the mystical dimension.
A priority and concern of the artist is the concept of « re-new ». Consequently some of the supports fall into the category of the UP-CYCLING.
